“All Levels Yoga and Meditation” with Mary on Thursdays 9:15-10:30am is a great way to incorporate meditation into your daily routine. In this class, we flow through our yoga practice and breath awareness, then enjoy meditation practice before deep relaxation.
When we meditate in a group setting, as in yoga practice, we support each other and are connected to all people meditating across the world.
Special Self Care Experience – treat yourself or loved one to 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga followed by 30 minutes of Massage Therapy for $100.
